How this website handles your information.
When you contact me
The contact form prepares a draft in your email application. The website does not send or store it. If you send the message, I use your contact details and project information to reply and discuss working together. Providing information is voluntary, but I need contact details to respond. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, or the legitimate interest of answering general enquiries under Article 6(1)(f). I keep correspondence as long as needed for the enquiry or collaboration, and longer where necessary to meet a legal obligation or protect legal claims.
Basic traffic statistics
I count page views and estimate daily visitors to understand which parts of the website are useful. Measurement happens on the server without analytics cookies or screen recordings. To estimate daily visitors, the server turns the IP address and browser information into a protected code that changes each day. The original IP address and full browser information are not stored in analytics. The same code groups page views within the same half hour into one visit. Automated requests, such as those from cloud servers, are not counted. Statistics include the page, time, language, broad device type and referring website domain, but exclude form contents and URL parameters. This basic traffic overview relies on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Visits are excluded when the browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
Website preferences
Your browser remembers your chosen language until you clear it, and whether the introduction animation has played and the information bar has been closed while the tab is open. Closing the bar does not change traffic measurement. These preferences only support how the website works. You can clear them in your browser settings.
Service providers
Cloudflare delivers the website, Gmail provides the email inbox, and PostHog Cloud EU processes traffic statistics under its retention terms. Providers also process necessary technical information to deliver and secure their services. Website security relies on the legitimate interest of operating a safe website. Transfers outside the EEA are subject to applicable safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. See the provider policies below for details.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to the contact email above. You can also complain to Slovakia’s Office for Personal Data Protection. I do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Project examples illustrate my work. Service availability, timing and pricing are confirmed by individual agreement; sending an enquiry does not itself place an order. External websites are operated independently and have their own privacy policies.
